As a photographer, I look at what is in front of me, right now, in this moment. I decided to capture the ordinary a few years ago when I was travelling. Rather than focus on the big monument ahead of me, I would stop, and enjoy the taste of a hot chocolate, the smell of burning embers, or the shadows of the leaves on the footpath. These moments have helped me ‘stop’ and ‘live in the now’ as a way of nurturing my well-being. I invite you on this journey with me.
