Event Photography Package

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Every event is unique and different and I prefer to quote you specifically for your function/event.

To give you a broad idea of my packages, I base the photography on a per hour fee (minimum 2 hours).  The price per photographer (Sophie B) is $240 per hour.  Minimum $480.  Addiitonal photographer is $240 per hour.

Password Protected Online Gallery - to allow you the opportunity to select your images

The event images are supplied to you on a USB (or via WeTransfer/Dropbox) in low-resolution.

A note regarding images

The images will be supplied to you on a USB  or via WeTransfer/Dropbox) as low-resolution JPEG images (for email & social media).  Photos will be colour corrected & enhanced. The images will not have a watermark on them.  Should you require High-Resolution images for printing purposes, an additional package can be purchased.  Contact Sophie B to discuss options.


Timing & Delivery

For Event Photography, let's discuss your timeline for the specific function/event.  I understand that each individual / company has different project timelines.  I'm happy to work with you directly to finalise these details.

Payment

I accept payment via cash, direct deposit or cheque.  A Booking Form will be sent to you to outline the payment schedule.  The payment schedule will be adapted to suit your project timeline and company policies (if applicable).
