I love event photography!

I started my career organising events and conferences in the tourism, hospitality and automotive industries. Familiar with the extensive planning and preparation that is required, I understand the demands of bringing all of the elements together to make your event a success.

I work closely with your employees, suppliers, AV, DJs, venue hosts, guest speakers and entertainers. I ensure that I receive a copy of the event run sheet and list of VIP’s to ensure I’m on hand to capture all of the best moments on the day.

Event Packages

All corporate event photography can be used for marketing and general promotion, or alternatively, serve as a precious reminder of the special occasion. For special events, I offer a range of packages, including full event packages and real-time images available on request.

FAQs

All of the event photos are carefully selected and professionally edited. You will receive the images colour-corrected and enhanced for maximum impact. Your images will be supplied in JPEG format, available to download. If you have a particular ‘look and feel’ that is required in the editing process to suit your brand, please don't hesitate to let me know!

I always arrive early, organised and ready to take photos of your special event.

I have a complete photography kit which includes mainly Canon gear. I shoot with two Canon R5 full frame mirrorless cameras. I have a variety of lenses to choose from, and depending on the photoshoot I select the best lenses for the situation. I have a range of zoom and prime lenses. I also have Speedlight Flashes that are great to use for a variety of indoor and outdoor situations.

I generally work alone, however, depending on the project, if a lighting assistant or second photographer is required, I contract individuals to work with me.

I am a photographer, and I see videography as a completely different craft. At this stage, I am keen to learn and explore videography, so I can offer basic services. As always, I’m happy to discuss your requirements.

Thankfully we now have technology that allows photographers to use online transfer facilities. I use a software called Shootproof that allows me to transfer images to clients. I am also able to create password-protected galleries for viewing and selection. Alternatively, I can always arrange the postage of a USB.

I always have clear communication and understanding with my clients regarding the timing of delivery. As you can imagine, I have a variety of projects at any given time. Some projects require more time and editing, and others require a fast turnaround. For events, I often deliver a number of images for download the next morning, followed by the remainder of the collection within seven days.

Yes. For event photography packages, I have a minimum of 2 hours.

Yes. I have the facility to transfer wirelessly to my iPhone and then AirDrop photos to my clients. There are a number of options depending on the needs of the client. On occasion, I’ve been required to have an assistant working with me ready to download and transfer photos throughout the event. I’m always happy to discuss the options with you.

Yes! My love for photography started with photographing celebrations for family and friends. I’m happy to discuss the various options with you.
